Speaker Introduction:
Koseki is Associate Professor of School of Agriculture in Hokkaido University, Japan. The main research areas are the development of prediction models for microbial control in food, the research of non-thermal processing technology in the control of post-harvest safety and quality of agricultural products. Up to now, more than 40 papers have been published in SCI journals. SCI has been cited 1235 times. The high Citation Index h-index is 20. Besides he has published 14 papers in Applied and Environmental Microbiology (IF 4.486), Food Microbiology (IF 3.713), International Journal of Food Microbiology (IF 3.808) and other international famous academic journals on Microbiology and food and won the fourteenth annual award of ANN Teng hundred awards.
