Speaker Introduction: Dr. Xiao Jianbo received his doctorate in nutrition from Okayama Prefecture University in 2009, and a Humboldt scholar from the University of Wiltzburg in Germany from 2013 to 2015. He is a professor of Macao University and a visiting professor of Kyoto Prefecture Medical University in Japan. He is mainly engaged in the study of natural polyphenol nutrition and metabolism. In 2016 and 2017, it was selected the Clarivate Analytics Global High cited scientist twice (agriculture field). Dr. Xiao Jianbo has served 29 times as president, member of Academic Committee and chairman of international conferences and given lectures at international conferences 26 times . In March 2014, he was selectedto attend the sixty-fourth German Conference of Nobel by the Humboldt Foundation of Germany. Dr. Xiao Jianbo is the Executive Chairman of the First to Third International Conference on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (Shanghai 2015, Fuzhou 2017, Kunming 2018), co-sponsored by the European Phytochemistry Society (PSE) and the Asian Phytochemistry Society (PSA).
