Speaker Introduction:
Naoshi Kondo, professor of Kyoto University, is the most renowned scientist across the globe in the field of Agricultural Engineering. He has long engaged in research on agricultural robots and agricultural products’ quality testing technology. With an extremely high international reputation as the “Father of Agricultural Robots in Japan”, Prof. Kondo has won multiple honors and awards in many academic societies, he also serves as President in various international academic committees. Up to date, Prof. Kondo has authored over 100 articles, all of which were published in TOP journals in the field of Agricultural Engineering. He also published over 290 conference papers and 21 monographs and holds 18 patents. Currently, he is the chief-editor of international academic journal “Computer and Electronics in Agriculture” (SCI). The Lab of Bio-sensing Engineering he found was internationally recognized as one of the highest-level institutes in this field. Based on acoustic, optical and electrical principles, the lab takes the lead in research on the agricultural products’ quality.
